I began my healing journey in 2019 when my life fell completely apart in every single area. 

Little did I know this was the beginning of my dream life; however, it did not feel like it at the time.

Over the last 6 years I have become certified in a subconscious reprogramming technique called ThetaHealing®, which instantly allows us to reprogram old limiting beliefs we have inherited, and/ or created through experiences in this lifetime.

My educational background is a BBA in Finance from Pace University. I am currently completing a four-year masters degree in Acupuncture (MsAC) this December at Pacific College of Health & Sciences in NYC, then transitioning into my Doctor of Acupuncture (expected August 2026).

Combining these two modalities, and Reiki experience, has taught me about the mind, body connection. How our traumatic experiences are stored, and how we can release them safely through compassion and curiosity, not judgement.

I was able to completely transform my life (and my nervous system), not through perfection, but self-love and determination. I now hold space to help others do the same.
